Bias challenge fails again in Congo case
The French Court of Cassation has for a second time rejected a Lebanese company’s allegation that the president of an ICC tribunal that heard a decade-long dispute with the Republic of the Congo lacked independence because of undisclosed ties to French oil company Total.
