Beverage maker seeks arbitration of Diddy race row

The UK beverage company that produces Guinness, Smirnoff and Johnnie Walker has asked a New York court to compel ICC arbitration of a lawsuit filed by US rapper Diddy – who has accused the company of racism in failing to develop his tequila brand.
