Bank’s claim against São Tomé and Principe fails at PCA

A tribunal at the Permanent Court of Arbitration has thrown out a bank’s claim against São Tomé and Príncipe, ruling the parties’ investment contract did not make the African island state liable for the actions of its judiciary.
