Azerbaijani state entity wins more damages in billion-dollar dispute

Azerbaijan’s national oil company has won a second damages award against a Turkish shipping group and its imprisoned founder – while a third award is expected imminently in the billion-dollar dispute that has spawned a trio of arbitrations.
