Awards and freezing order in Thai wind farm dispute

A Singapore-seated ICC tribunal has issued two partial awards totalling US$113 million and frozen shares in Thailand’s largest wind energy company in a dispute that arose after its founder was forced to flee the country in the wake of a military coup.
