Award debtors held in contempt in India over proposed hospital sale

The Indian Supreme Court has held brothers Malvinder and Shivinder Mohan Singh in contempt of court for breaching an order not to sell their controlling stakes in a hospital business while a Japanese pharmaceutical company tries to enforce a US$530 million ICC award against them.
