An ICSID annulment committee has dismissed Zimbabwe's attempt to annul a ruling that it pay US$195 million compensation for seizures of land belonging to white farmers during the former president’s controversial land reform programme, including allegations of bias against the tribunal as a whole and its chair Yves Fortier QC.
