Arbitrators decide arbitrability: Kavanaugh gives first Supreme Court ruling

In the first decision to be penned by its controversial new justice Brett Kavanaugh, the US Supreme Court has affirmed that it is for the arbitrators in a dispute to determine the question of arbitrability, even where a court believes the demand for arbitration to be “wholly groundless”.
