Arbitrator's cancelled art purchase prompts injunction request

A Luxembourgish arbitrator and art collector who bought a “unique” work of African American art at Christie’s only to have his purchase cancelled two weeks later has applied to a New York court to prevent its re-auction ahead of an arbitration to determine his ownership rights.
