African Arbitration Association launched

The African Arbitration Association has been launched at an event in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, a development that has been heralded by the International Court of Justice’s president, Somalian Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, as “the coming of age of the arbitration profession in Africa.”
