Academics urge Trump to ditch ISDS in NAFTA

Over 200 North American academics in the fields of law and economics have written an open letter to US President Donald Trump urging him to remove investor-state dispute settlement from NAFTA during its renegotiation – and to leave ISDS clauses out of any future investment or trade agreements.
