2016 investor-state claims focused on Spain, India and Colombia

The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva has revealed that the total number of publicly known investor-state arbitrations climbed to 767 after 62 new filings were made in 2016 – most of them brought against Spain, India and (for the first time) Colombia.
