Maduro government fails to dislodge Conoco committee
The government of Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela has failed to disqualify all three members of an ICSID annulment committee reviewing a US$9 billion award in favour of ConocoPhillips – after they refused to exclude lawyers instructed by the country’s opposition leader Juan Guaidó from the case.
