Algerian state entity fails to reopen energy tariff
An ICC tribunal has ordered an Algerian state-owned entity to pay US$100 million after rejecting its attempt to revise the pricing formula in an electricity supply contract with a subsidiary of embattled Canadian engineering firm SNC-Lavalin.
