Another ICSID creditor eyes PDVSA assets

A Dutch subsidiary of US bottlemaker Owen-Illinois has become the latest of Venezuela’s arbitral creditors to target the US assets of the state’s national oil and gas company PDVSA, in a bid to collect on a US$500 million ICSID award.
