Albania turns to ICC tribunal in petrol tax dispute

Albania has asked an ICC tribunal to reverse the decision of an expert panel of auditors in a tax dispute relating to Europe’s largest onshore oil field – alleging that the panel erred when it approved a Canadian oil company's claim of US$257 million in operating expenses in 2011.
