DIFC launches disputes umbrella body

In a bid to compete with newly established arbitral centres like Singapore, the Dubai International Financial Centre is restructuring its arbitration and litigation services under a new umbrella body, headed by the current chief justice of the DIFC courts, Michael Hwang SC.
