Gazprom and Lithuania both claim victory in shareholders tussle

A tribunal at the SCC Arbitration Institute has issued a compromise award in a dispute between Gazprom and Lithuania over the management of Lithuanian gas provider Lietuvos Dujos, in which they each hold a minority stake.
