Russia held liable for Yukos break-up

An SCC tribunal chaired by Jan Paulsson has ordered Russia to pay US$2 million to Spanish minority shareholders in Yukos, holding that the oil company as a whole was worth more than US$60 billion at the time it was expropriated.
