Dechert lands new Bolivia briefs

Bolivia has retained Dechert for a pair of investment treaty cases and renewed its contract for two others – following a convoluted tender process that saw the likes of Lalive and Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle disqualified in the first round.
