DRC says yes to OHADA but is still to sign New York Convention

The Democratic Republic of the Congo has acceded to the OHADA system of business law – which includes UNCITRAL Model Law based arbitration legislation – as efforts increase to persuade the state to sign and ratify the New York Convention.
