Lebanon claim goes off road

An ICSID tribunal has dismissed a US$10 million claim against Lebanon by an Italian construction company that argued its work on a highway project was disrupted by the presence of Syrian troops.
The claim concerned the construction of a highway linking Beirut to Damascus
