Elaraby in Egypt's "council of the wise"

A well-known arbitrator and the director of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitraton, Nabil Elaraby, is among some 30 high-profile Egyptians who are conveying the wishes of protesters to the government and pressing for the removal of President Hosni Mubarak.
