Albania refuses to recognise US injunction on oil blocks transfer

An Albanian court recently refused to recognise a preliminary injunction from a Texas judge in support of an arbitration brought by US company Sky Petroleum over three contested oil blocks in the state. Michael Wietzorek, an Albanian speaker at the Regional Court of Krefeld in Germany, discusses.
