Rafał Kos, LLM is an attorney-at-law and partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski. He specialises in corporate law and litigation. He possesses extensive experience in conducting transborder court disputes as well as international arbitration. He has been an expert of the Parliamentary Justice and Human Rights Committee in the formulation of the bill on the pursuit of claims in class actions (2009), a member of the Minister of Justice team for the amendment of the Bankruptcy and Rehabilitation Law (2012), a member of the team for system solutions in the scope of alternative dispute resolutions for commercial matters, facilitating the performance of business activities for the Ministry of Economy (2013) and part of the Business Law Task Force at the Ministry of Economy (2015). He has been vice president of the Confederation Lewiatan Arbitration Court since 2014. He was previously a member of the Arbitration Committee of this court. He is vice chairman of the Polish Bar Council Foreign Cooperation Committee and a member of the Polish Bar Council Legislative Committee as well as a member of the Committee for Attorney Trainee Training at the District Bar Council in Crakow.
