Victor Pey Casado, the 101-year-old Spanish publisher whose two-decade ICSID claim against Chile ran aground last month, has asked the state to disclose its ties to the London barristers’ chambers of two of the arbitrators who denied him compensation for the loss of his business under the Pinochet regime.
